BCEDC's sister organization, the Bucks County Industrial Development Authority (BCIDA), provides a vehicle for providing tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds and mortgages to manufacturers, nonprofit 501c3 organizations, and other projects. Services include: Loan Programs - BCEDC provides low-interest financial assistance tailored for land, building, and machinery and equipment to assist companies in expansion and relocation. The BCEDC combines various federal, state, and local economic development programs to create financing alternatives with rates as low as 2.75%.
